Like many busy professionals, I value efficiency, science-backed information, and time-tested success strategies. After 20+ years of research, trial and error testing theories on myself, I’ve successfully overcome each of these challenges. 

I realized 2 essential factors for a successful and happy life are:

  • A Calm Mind 
  • Genuine Confidence

When I became calm, focused, and genuinely confident, I then saw the opportunity to help others do the same. 

This is how “Roxy Sullivan Coaching” was born.

As a certified coach, I decided to create simple "Master Plans" with my clients to streamline success using efficient, science-backed, and time-tested strategies.

How your Master Plan is made: 

We meet on a Zoom call. I listen. We discuss. 

I suggest the most efficient plan to get your desired results. (And leave out unnecessary fluff – who has time for it?!)

Your Master Plan will likely have only 3 or 4 steps. It will be simple and effective. 

It’s been my goal from the beginning to create simple coaching plans that work.  

Every time I get a message from a client thanking me for helping them take control of their life, it reconfirms that all of the effort to get to the heart of what works has all been worth it.
